Return Policy

Online Policy

If for any reason you wish to return your order, you must email us your intent of return so we may forward a Return Authorization Form to print out and include in your package. We do not provide shipping labels or reimburse shipping costs for return. We are also not responsible for lost or damaged merchandise, so we recommend that you purchase an insurance on your returned package.

We only accept returns within fourteen days from the date we send it off from our warehouse. Any returned packages sent without a Return Authorization Form or after the fourteen day period will be rejected and sent back to you at your expense. 

Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will also be happy to exchange the item.

 

Store Policy

Our stores follow a similar return policy to our e-commerce website. Please note, you may not return online orders in store and vice versa. 

In-store only, you may exchange an item with a gift receipt. You will not receive cash back but will be allowed to exchange for an item of equal or higher value. If the item you choose is of higher value, the difference will be due.

For both in-store and online, gift wrapping services are a final sale and are not eligible for return/exchange.
